2.4 Meeting the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Products

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products: Dietary supplements that have been opened or where seals have been broken, due to health and hygiene reasons
  • Used products: Products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
  • Damaged products: Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3.3 Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Return Process

4.1 Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Notify Us: Contact us to inform us of your intention to return the product
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide return shipping instructions and a return reference number
  3. Package Securely: Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the Product: Send the product to our return address using a trackable shipping method
  5. Confirmation: We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned product

4.3 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • We have expressly agreed to cover return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timeline

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

5.2 When You Will Receive Your Refund

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest

5.3 Refund Method

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

5.4 Withholding Refund

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Products Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging materials

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.2 Manufacturing Defects

Under EU consumer law, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by our return policy or these terms.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Description of the defect
  • Photographs if applicable

6.3 Legal Guarantee

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you have a legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If the product is not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to:

The legal guarantee period is 2 years from delivery in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster processing and that your preferred product is in stock.

8. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped:

  • Include your order number in your message
  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the standard return process.

9. Your Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • The EU Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive (2019/771)
